"The Hourglass travel service is a huge benefit to help plan with someone who cares and are seasoned avid world travelers. Our family, including our 90 year old mother, traveled to Taiwan and Japan. Five of us saved over $300 per person. The agency did the planning to get us a private shuttle for the long drive from the airport to the hotel in Tokyo.
