"The Hourglass travel service is a huge benefit to help plan with someone who cares and are seasoned avid world travelers. Our family, including our 90 year old mother, traveled to Taiwan and Japan. Five of us saved over $300 per person. The agency did the planning to get us a private shuttle for the long drive from the airport to the hotel in Tokyo. We had to rearrange times and hotels which our agent did smoothly. Attempting to do these changes ourselves would have been stressful and added costs. "I had the pleasure of working with Ahmer on a recent trip to Spain for my 50th birthday party. We had two separate families and a range of age ranges. I can say without hesitation that he provided excellent recommendations for excursions and optimal timing throughout the entire trip. Most importantly, he was able to secure very good pricing for reservations without issue, and accommodated changes as we developed our plans - flamenco shows, wineries, cooking classes, cathedral tours - on and on.
