Hourglass Expeditions will place a call to you to get your payment information. From there, we will book the elements of the package through the payment gateway of our travel partners.
We do not require a deposit to book the travel package. However, bookings are first come, first served since there are limited number of hotel and venue options in Paris during the Games. As a result, we will start booking as soon as your payment information is collected and you authorize the booking transactions.
Hourglass Expeditions will book as many elements of your trip as soon as possible so that you get the best rates and flexibility. For any bookings that are date restricted, such as the Olympic Event tickets, we will work with our partners to purchase them as soon as they become available.
